Rules and Regulations
- Social Distance
- All customers and employees (individuals) must stay 6 feet apart at all times;
- Including within the pool and on the pool decking;
- Only one individual is permitted in the bathroom at a time;
- Exception: Parent helping a child in the bathroom;
- Ten (10) feet diameter social distancing circles that are six (6) feet apart have been drawn of the pool deck. Customers who occupy the pool decking shall reside within a social distancing circle.
- Only one household shall occupy a social distancing circle.
- Social Distancing Exceptions:
- Individuals who are family members and live together are not required to stay 6 feet apart.
- Occupancy:
- No more than twenty-five (25) individuals shall occupy the pool area at any given time.
- Registration:
- Customers must purchase a season pass to obtain a registration;
- Once registered, customers shall be able to select time slots via Omnify;
- Time slots for the subsequent day will be accessible up until 4PM on the day prior;
- Pool staff shall pickup or be provided the registration list for the subsequent day by 4:30PM on the day prior;
- Pool staff shall ensure that each customer who enters the pool is on the registration list for the time slot they have arrived to occupy;
- Customers may be restricted to register for time slots based on number of pool passes sold and the activeness of the pool pass users
- Changing rooms:
- Changing rooms will be closed;
- The use of the changing room area is for bathroom use only;
- An outdoor shower will be installed for swimmers to rinse prior to and after use of pool.
- Washing hands:
- All individuals are required to wash their hands with soap and water when entering and subsequently occupying the pool area.
- Sick
- Under no circumstances shall anyone enter the pool area who is experience cold or flu like symptoms or expresses a fever.
