Vermont Health Connect at the Bixby Library

Certified Navigators from Blueprint for Health at Porter Medical Center and Open Door Clinic will be available throughout November and December at Bixby Library to answer your questions about the Affordable Care Act and how health care coverage in Vermont is changing.  Also, they will help you through the application process to ensure you don’t lose health care coverage in 2014.
