The Development Review Board meets on the 3rd Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. (unless otherwise posted).  Applications must be submitted by the previous Thursday.  The meeting is open to the public and is usually  held as a "hybrid meeting" , with participation either in person, by ZOOM, or by phone.  The in person meeting will be held in the conference room at City Hall.

The City of Vergennes is an “on the record” appeal municipality with regard to appeals to Environmental Court from Development Review Board decisions.  This means that only information provided as part of the public hearing can be included in any appeal.  The Environmental Court shall only consider testimony provided during public hearings on the application.  Interested parties should therefore assure that their participation in the proceedings is complete and represents the totality of their desired considerations.
